Hamish graduated from the University of Exeter in 2020 with a 1st class honours degree in Computer Science & Economics and is currently doing an MSc in Computational Mathematical Finance at the University of Edinburgh.

Intrigued by the role of data-based decision making in financial markets, he investigated algorithmic trading systems in the Cryptocurrency market for his thesis project. Discovering that there was high demand for such market data, he founded Edinblock in the summer of 2020.
